Director, Americas Regional Marketing

The Director of Americas Regional Marketing will be an instrumental, high impact member of the marketing team where they will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing the overall marketing strategy and plan for the entire Americas region. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Regional Marketing, the Director will manage a team of Americas regional marketers, and serve as the primary marketing partner to the Americas Leadership team. This leader will be accountable for establishing a scalable, data-driven marketing function that accelerates Planet's growth and market penetration across key Americas territories. This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to be in our SF office 3 days per week.

• Bachelors degree with 8+ years of regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) • 6+ years of Supervisory/Leadership experience • Expensive experience in building and executing effective regional GTM strategies • Track record of overachieving marketing pipeline metrics and regional targets • Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency • Success in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing regional marketing teams • Success in creating and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies that integrates a full range of tactics and activities • Solid experience in marketing to government audiences • Deep understanding market nuances and competitive dynamics across Americas • Solid command of modern marketing technology to manage campaigns, track effectiveness, monitor engagement, and calculate ROI
