Job Description
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions to enhance internal productivity and automate workflows within the organization, focusing on natural language processing, automation, and integration with existing enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to improve internal productivity and automate business processes.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration across organizational workflows and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical AI implementations.
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise systems such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and others.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track AI solution performance and impact.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and model accuracy in AI deployments.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a solution engineering architecture or technical product management role, with a focus on digital employee experience and intelligent automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like Gemini App, Vertex AI, or similar technology.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and related technologies such as vector databases, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Solid understanding of system architecture and APIs.
- Expertise in using tools like Looker, Power BI, or similar to create clear and compelling dashboards.
- Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into effective, scalable AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
