Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager supports the delivery of renewable energy projects by managing technical and administrative tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and compliant with safety standards, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of renewable energy projects by managing technical and administrative tasks.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and properly administered.
Manage project controls, safety compliance, and project documentation such as issue logs, submittals, and data rooms.
Monitor and update project budgets, schedules, and financial funding requirements.
Maintain high levels of communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in managing project scope, schedule, and change management processes.

Requirements

Familiarity with understanding of the general construction business, typical project controls, and safety compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver work within deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage change including company priorities and project scope, schedule, and other elements of the project lifecycle.
Experience in managing financial funding requirements, issue logs, submittals, updates for budgets, schedules, sterile document management, and data rooms.
High level of communication skills to maintain effective communication with both internally and external stakeholders.
