Job Description

Assist with daily distribution center operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products, while operating warehouse management systems and equipment to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming products using WMS
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using WMS
  • Operate forklifts and hand trucks for loading and unloading shipments
  • Utilize WMS and distribution systems to ensure order accuracy and proper inventory management
  • Follow safety protocols and task instructions related to distribution center operations

Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate or have G.E.D.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime when necessary, including weekends.
  • Must be extremely professional, ethical, and customer-focused.
  • Regular and on-time attendance is required.
  • Experience familiarity with warehouse management systems and related business systems.
  • Use WMS properly at receiving, picking, packing, and shipping workstations, including inspecting incoming goods for quantity and part number.
  • Follow all task instructions of WMS user interface at workstations.
  • Operate hand trucks and forklifts with proper training.
  • Understand and operate WMS and distribution center-related central business system functions as needed.
