Job Description
The Senior Director of eCommerce will lead the growth of Pendulum's direct-to-consumer business by developing and executing strategies to scale revenue, enhance digital customer experiences, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on microbiome-based health products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive business growth
- Create digital customer experiences that effectively communicate complex scientific information
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Scale revenue and manage P&L in B2C health and wellness eCommerce
- Build and grow subscription-based business models
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize revenue, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bring 8 years of eCommerce experience with a proven track record of scaling 9-figure revenue in B2C health wellness.
- Experience in direct P L management in B2C health wellness.
- Success in building subscription businesses.
- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategy.
- Create exceptional digital experiences that translate complex science into compelling customer journeys.
- Drive cross-functional alignment while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities.
- Have technical proficiency relevant to eCommerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Have startup experience.
- Possess at least 4 years of people management experience.
