Job Description
A strategic and detail-oriented role responsible for overseeing global treasury operations, including cash flow management, foreign exchange hedging, payment processing, banking relationships, and compliance, to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Design and execute foreign exchange hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks.
- Oversee cross-border payments, intercompany transactions, and reconcile balances.
- Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners, negotiating terms and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support strategic projects such as M&A integration, capital structure optimization, and system implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 3 years in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, with expertise in FX hedging and cash forecasting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, treasury management software, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities adept at managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
