Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for leading end-to-end hiring processes, building talent pipelines, and increasing the company's visibility in the Charlotte market to support Palmetto's mission of accelerating the transition to clean energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for key business segments with minimal guidance.
  • Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline through partnerships with universities, trade schools, community organizations, and professional networks.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to align hiring plans with team goals and long-term needs.
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to inform strategies, identify gaps, and improve processes.
  • Create a positive, inclusive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market conditions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting speed, quality, and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Four years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high growth or mission driven companies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to be seen as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, recruiting analytics, and process optimization.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, taking initiative and following through with limited direction.
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Data-driven and analytical, using metrics to inform recruiting strategy and measure success.
  • Creative and resourceful, able to think outside the box and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
