Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the talent acquisition team by managing interview logistics, candidate experience, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and logistics for candidates across multiple roles
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive interview experience
- Greet and host candidates visiting the office to ensure they feel welcomed and prepared
- Maintain organization of interview feedback, scorecards, and timelines within Greenhouse
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with ATS data entry, job postings, and requisition management
- Ensure timely completion of background and reference checks
- Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Support employee engagement efforts related to onboarding and orientation
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support, with fast-paced, growth-oriented company experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate and new hire experiences.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
