Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing interview logistics, candidate experience, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and logistics for candidates across multiple roles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive interview experience.
- Greet and host candidates visiting the office, preparing them for interviews.
- Maintain organization of interview feedback, scorecards, and timelines within Greenhouse.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with ATS data entry, job postings, and requisition management.
- Ensure timely completion of background and reference checks.
- Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Support employee engagement efforts related to onboarding and orientation.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support, with fast-paced, growth-oriented company experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate and new hire experiences.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
