Job Description
The internship involves supporting platform operations within a clean technology finance company, providing hands-on experience in account processing, compliance, communication strategies, and customer support to contribute to renewable energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support frontline ecosystem through consultative assistance
- Execute account underwriting document processing
- Monitor and maintain compliance systems
- Develop and implement communication campaigns and knowledge management strategies
Requirements
- Coursework or professional experience in one of the following: Customer Technical Sales Support, Clean Technology, Environmental Studies, or Finance.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- Servant leadership mindset.
- Problem solver with a high attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including a high words per minute count.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Recent or upcoming graduates with a BS or BA degree preferred.
- Relevant coursework in Clean Energy, Environmental Science, or Finance preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
