Job Description
The Operations Specialist I supports the underwriting and technical document processing for Palmetto's financial products, while providing installer support to ensure smooth transactions and compliance within a remote, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage underwriting and technical document processing for Palmetto's financial products
- Provide installer support via intercom to facilitate smooth financial transactions
- Monitor and review designated queues, approve or reject files as appropriate
- Communicate with colleagues on administrative tasks and compliance dispositions
- Respond to inbound chat inquiries promptly and accurately
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role.
- Knowledge of the construction or solar industry is preferred.
- Passion for servant leadership and willingness to support frontline sales representatives and team members to successfully transact on the Palmetto financial product platform.
- Ability to maintain a high level of emotional intelligence, navigate through stressful situations in a tactful manner, and accept feedback gracefully.
- Excellent conversational English writing skills.
- Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys shortcuts.
- High typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
