Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple functions in a high-growth clean energy company, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support the company's scaling efforts and mission-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across multiple functions to meet hiring targets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, networks, and agency partnerships.
  • Develop role-specific messaging and outreach campaigns to build a qualified talent pipeline.
  • Enable hiring teams with interview preparation, scorecard discipline, and feedback standards.
  • Apply and uphold structured recruiting processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate offer processes and closing materials in partnership with leadership.
  • Maintain a high standard for candidate quality and ensure fair, compliant hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Four years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit hiring targets across multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to manage by KPIs and use numbers to drive decisions.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort operating independently in a dynamic, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience managing and optimizing recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, funnel conversion rates, offer acceptance rate, cost of hire, and candidate quality, while identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify hiring risks such as pipeline gaps and market constraints and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining pace and rigor in the hiring process.
  • Experience coordinating offer processes and closing materials in partnership with the Chief of Staff, including offer approvals and closing plans.
  • Ensuring hiring practices are consistent, structured, and compliant, and partnering with HR to support fair and inclusive evaluation.
  • Maintaining a high standard for talent, ensuring all hires meet defined quality standards.
