The Operations Associate supports the daily operations of the Madison office and assists with corporate business functions across multiple locations, ensuring smooth administrative, event planning, and operational activities to facilitate the company's renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Madison office, including coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and building management
Organize office events such as team socials, lunches, holiday gatherings, and volunteer activities
Oversee space planning and seating arrangements for new hires in the Madison office
Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, and desk essentials
Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles
Lead planning and execution of the annual All-Team Offsite event
Coordinate office moves and expansions
Organize company-wide safety trainings and Lunch-and-Learns
Administer metro benefits for multiple office locations
Support corporate business operations, including updating organizational charts and presentation materials
Requirements
A bachelor s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or operations support.
Experience supporting or planning managing large events is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain trust with employees and manage sensitive and confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities.
Proactive, self-starter attitude.
Experience in providing efficient, timely, and reliable support to internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment that changes quickly.
Ability to make informed decisions in a quick and nimble fashion.
Ability to work within a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
