The HR Generalist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, supporting HR operations and systems, and contributing to HR projects to ensure effective talent acquisition and employee management within a fast-paced renewable energy organization.
Key Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the organization
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and source candidates
Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate assessments and feedback
Facilitate background checks and offer negotiations
Manage new hire onboarding and serve as primary administrator for HRIS system
Maintain accurate employee records and process lifecycle changes
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and audit HR data for accuracy
Support payroll inputs and coordinate HR workflows for efficiency
Contribute to HR and cross-functional projects, including training and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent professional experience
3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience
Recruiting or sourcing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
Process improvement mindset
Strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field

Salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually
