Job Description
The Manager of Commercial Portfolio Operations oversees and supports a team managing a portfolio of commercial solar projects, ensuring operational performance, client relationships, and continuous process improvements to meet asset goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support team members in daily activities to meet asset performance goals
- Manage operational health and performance of a portfolio of commercial solar projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and address project challenges
- Drive continuous process improvement to optimize project outcomes
- Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior leadership
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing and supporting team members in their day-to-day activities to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to meet asset performance goals.
- Responsibility for the operational health and performance of a growing portfolio of commercial solar projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying and addressing project challenges within a portfolio of projects.
- Proven ability to drive continuous process improvement to optimize project outcomes.
- Experience in providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership on team and project performance.
- Internal candidate status within Commercial Operations (considering only internal candidates from within Commercial Operations to keep total headcount the same).
