Job Description
The Capacity Planning Manager is responsible for forecasting workload, resource needs, and staffing requirements for customer support and service teams to ensure optimal service levels and customer satisfaction as the company scales its operations.

- Forecast workload, volumes, and resource needs for customer support and service teams
- Collaborate with department leaders and Business Intelligence team to translate business processes into workload and headcount requirements
- Ensure optimal staffing levels to meet service levels and support customer satisfaction as operations scale
