Job Description
The role involves leading and managing a sales team focused on B2C energy contracts through stand and door-to-door sales, developing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the company's mission of sustainable energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales of energy contracts through stand and door-to-door methods in the designated sector.
- Manage and lead a team of 4 to 6 sales representatives.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and represent the company's brand culture.
Requirements
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe commerciale de 4 à 6 personnes
- Expérience dans la vente sur stand auprès des particuliers dans des lieux commerciaux tels que magasins ou centres commerciaux
- Expérience dans la vente en porte-à-porte sur le secteur géographique concerné
- Capacité à piloter les ventes de contrats d'énergie sur stand et en porte-à-porte
- Capacité à assurer la satisfaction maximale des clients
- Compétences en management d'équipe et en développement commercial
- Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation en face-à-face
- Capacité à représenter la culture d'entreprise en tant qu'ambassadeur/rice de la marque
- Disponibilité pour travailler sur le secteur ouest de la France, notamment à Nantes
- Motivation et enthousiasme pour la mission de transition énergétique
- Forte croyance en la mission de l'entreprise et engagement dans la transition écologique
