Job Description
The Team Lead Commercial B2C at Octopus Energy France is responsible for leading and managing the consumer energy sales team, driving customer acquisition, ensuring excellent service, and contributing to the company's mission of providing affordable and green energy while supporting the transition to a low-carbon future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial B2C team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate with data and platform teams to support operational excellence
- Drive innovation in customer service models to deliver a unique client experience
- Promote a culture of transparency, empathy, and inclusivity within the team
Requirements
- Expérience en tant que Team Lead ou dans un poste de management d'équipe dans le secteur commercial B2C.
- Capacité à gérer et motiver une équipe pour atteindre des objectifs commerciaux et de service client.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions rapidement.
- Compétences en gestion de projet et en organisation pour déployer des initiatives commerciales et opérationnelles.
- Maîtrise des outils et plateformes numériques liés à la gestion commerciale et à la relation client.
- Engagement à promouvoir une culture d'inclusion, de bienveillance et d'empathie au sein de l'équipe.
- Intérêt pour la mission de transition écologique et l'énergie verte.
- Disponibilité pour travailler dans un environnement dynamique en pleine croissance, avec une forte orientation vers l'innovation et l'excellence opérationnelle.
