Requirements
Proven track record of steering high-growth sales departments in B2B and B2B2C arenas.
Deep experience in mentoring managers to build high-performance sales teams.

Experience in architecting an exceptional customer experience across the entire sales function.
Ability to lead and develop Sales Managers and their teams to achieve sales growth.

Willingness to be stationed in the office located in Weybridge 2-3 days a week.
