Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the EV sales team to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain business relationships to support sales growth
Drive the growth of the Salary Sacrifice product
Coach and develop team members to enhance high-performance sales capabilities
Act as the frontline expert and advocate for customers adopting the EV Salary Sacrifice scheme
Requirements
Proven record of steering successful sales teams in both B2B and B2B2C arenas.
Experience in coaching high-performance sales teams.
Genuine passion for team development.
Dedication to sustainability and creating a great customer experience across teams.
Ability to lead and develop a sales team and business relationships.
Experience in driving the growth of a sales product, specifically the Salary Sacrifice product.
Ability to act as a frontline expert and advocate for customers embracing the benefits of the Octopus EV Salary Sacrifice scheme.
Willingness to be stationed in the office located in Weybridge 2-3 days a week.
