Key Responsibilities
Sell solar or air source heat pump solutions to highly engaged customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer experience through effective listening and communication.
Engage confidently with customers over the phone in a B2C capacity.
Promote the adoption of renewable energy technologies and educate customers about their benefits.
Requirements
Proven track record of exceptional customer experience in a B2C capacity, with confidence over the phone
Excellent listening skills
Hunger to exceed KPIs consistently
Passion for renewable energy and green energy initiatives
Ability to sell either Solar or Air Source Heat Pumps as part of the sales team
Willingness to work within a sales environment focused on highly engaged customers ready to invest in renewable energy solutions
