Advise and support customers throughout their journey to purchase an EV, including understanding their requirements and finding suitable vehicles.
Promote the benefits of going electric and the company's leasing options to customers.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
A genuine passion for customer experience and sustainability is a must.
Strong understanding of process and the importance of customer service.
Experience in managing sales directly with customers, preferably in electric vehicle or related sales.
Ability to advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an EV.
Capability to discuss customer requirements and find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle, considering the salary sacrifice product fully and the benefits of going electric.
