• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience in machine operation or plastics manufacturing is desirable. • Previous experience operating rotational moulding machines or similar equipment preferred. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs. • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
