Job Description
The Renewals Expert is responsible for managing customer relationships at the end of lease agreements, focusing on maximizing retention, resolving issues, and encouraging customers to renew their electric vehicle leases through a strategic, relationship-based approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize customer retention and satisfaction at lease end
- Convert upcoming lease renewals and win back controllable leavers
- Resolve customer issues directly to renew relationships
- Provide a strategic, relationship-based approach to existing customers
Requirements
- Experience in customer retention, customer service, or relationship management roles, preferably involving lease agreements or similar contractual relationships
- Ability to convert upcoming lease renewals, win back controllable leavers, and renew relationships by resolving issues directly
- Strong relationship-based approach and strategic thinking skills to manage existing customer accounts
- Excellent communication skills to ensure a great customer experience and encourage drivers to stay
- Ability to handle customer issues directly and effectively resolve problems
- A genuine and empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Honesty and integrity in professional conduct
