Job Description
The POS Trainer in Coach at Octopus Energy develops, trains, and supports sales teams and new employees to become effective brand ambassadors, focusing on sustainable energy sales and performance development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and support sales team members
- Transform new hires into effective brand ambassadors
- Guide salespeople from initial sales steps to long-term performance growth
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Schulung und Begleitung von Verkaufsteams oder ähnlichen Gruppen, um deren Performance nachhaltig zu entwickeln.
- Fähigkeit, Neueinsteigerinnen zu überzeugenden Markenbotschafterinnen mit Herz, Struktur und klarer Didaktik zu machen.
- Kompetenz, Menschen von den ersten Verkaufsschritten bis hin zur nachhaltigen Performance-Entwicklung zu begleiten.
- Motivation, Menschen begeistern zu können und ihnen beim Wachstum zu helfen.
- Interesse an der Mitgestaltung einer grünen Zukunft und Engagement für nachhaltige Energie (im Kontext der Position bei Octopus Energy).
