Job Description

The role involves leading and managing a sales team to develop energy contracts through on-site stand promotions and door-to-door sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving commercial growth in the central France region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Piloter les ventes de contrats d'énergie en stand et en porte-à-porte
  • Participer à la prospection et à la conquête de nouveaux clients
  • Organiser et animer des espaces de vente, y compris l'installation et la désinstallation de supports visuels
  • Assurer un reporting régulier des activités commerciales et des volumes de vente
  • Identifier des zones de prospection à fort potentiel et planifier les déplacements
  • Proposer des axes d'amélioration des processus de vente et des outils
  • Participer à l'élaboration des prévisions de ventes et des stratégies commerciales
  • Recruter, former, accompagner et motiver l'équipe commerciale terrain
  • Organiser et coordonner l'action commerciale collective et le suivi des cibles
  • Animer des réunions d'équipe et assurer un coaching continu

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, commercial management, or a related field, preferably with experience in energy sales or field sales roles such as stand or door-to-door sales.
  • Proven ability to prospect and acquire new clients through door-to-door and stand-based sales methods.
  • Experience in organizing and managing sales activities in high-potential zones, including planning and executing sales strategies.
  • Ability to prospect and identify opportunities for stand animations in stores or shopping centers, and to manage the setup and disassembly of visual elements such as stands, banners, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Experience in organizing and animating promotional activities, such as games or contests, to attract potential clients.
  • Ability to produce regular activity reports including the number of clients engaged, number of quotes sent, sales volumes, and conversion rates.
  • Experience in analyzing and proposing improvements to sales processes, tools, and sales arguments.
  • Participation in sales forecasting and strategy development for commercial deployment.
  • Experience in managing customer satisfaction to optimize client retention and loyalty.
  • Involvement in recruiting, onboarding, and training sales team members, including product and service knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ability to coach and support team members on the field, providing advice and helping them develop skills while maintaining motivation.
  • Strong leadership skills to build a cohesive team, foster engagement, and ensure effective management of 4 to 6 team members.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating collective commercial actions, including defining geographic zones, tools, target clients, and implementing follow-up and animation plans.
  • Ability to lead periodic individual and team meetings, and to maintain a continuous coaching dynamic with team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to create strong relationships with team members, encourage, and ensure engagement with the company's mission and brand.
  • Physical ability to participate in activities involving standing, installation, and disassembly of visual displays, with a planned training in gestures and postures related to lifting and handling loads.
  • Good organizational skills to plan and execute sales activities, manage reporting, and analyze sales data.
  • Flexibility to work in various locations such as stores, shopping centers, and door-to-door sectors within the designated geographic area.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-growing, innovative environment.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
