A customer-focused sales specialist responsible for promoting and selling electric vehicle leasing products, providing expert advice to customers, and supporting their transition to electric driving within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage direct sales interactions with customers focusing on the salary sacrifice product
Advise and support customers throughout their journey to purchase an electric vehicle
Discuss customer requirements and recommend suitable EVs based on lifestyle and benefits of electric driving
Promote and explain the benefits of the salary sacrifice scheme and electric vehicle ownership
Build and maintain a positive customer experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
A genuine passion for customer experience and sustainability is a must.
Strong understanding of process and the importance of customer service is required.
Experience in managing sales directly with customers, focusing on electric vehicle sales or similar sales experience.
Ability to advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an EV.
Capability to discuss customer requirements and find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle, considering the salary sacrifice product fully and the benefits of going electric.
Willingness to work in the Weybridge office 3 days a week.
