Job Description
A sales specialist responsible for managing customer sales of electric vehicles through the salary sacrifice scheme, providing expert advice and support throughout the purchasing process, and promoting sustainable, electric transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales directly with customers focusing on the salary sacrifice product
- Advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an electric vehicle
- Discuss customer requirements and recommend suitable electric vehicles considering the salary sacrifice scheme
- Promote the benefits of going electric and the company's offerings
- Build and maintain a positive customer experience to facilitate sales
Requirements
- A genuine passion for customer experience and sustainability is a must.
- Strong understanding of process and the importance of customer service is required.
- Experience in managing sales directly with customers, particularly focusing on electric vehicles or similar products, is required.
- Ability to advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an EV, including discussing their requirements and finding the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle.
- Knowledge of the salary sacrifice product fully and the benefits of going electric is required.
- Excellent communication skills to be the face and voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support career progression, continuous learning, and personal development.
- Willingness to work in the office in Weybridge 3 days a week.
