Job Description
The Energy Specialist will engage with customers through various communication channels to provide sincere, personalized support, helping them with their energy needs while contributing to the company's mission of making renewable energy accessible and humanizing customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistere i clienti tramite telefono, email e di persona, ascoltando i loro bisogni e trovando soluzioni alle loro richieste

- Collaborare con i colleghi in un ambiente dinamico, condividendo idee e contribuendo al cambiamento
Requirements
- Aptitude and motivation to help customers with sincere and spontaneous support, demonstrating patience, kindness, and love in communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and occasionally in person, understanding their needs and finding solutions to their requests.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment, adapting to new problems and challenges daily.
- Capacity to ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to ongoing change and improvement within the team.
- Commitment to learning and professional development, with an understanding that continuous training and growth are part of the role.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is implied, as the role involves assisting customers and understanding their needs.
- Ability to handle problems never seen before and to find innovative solutions under pressure.
- A genuine interest in the future of renewable energy and the mission to make renewable energy accessible to all.
