Job Description
A Technical Assurance professional responsible for ensuring electrical safety, compliance, and quality of Cosy heat pump installations, supporting third-party installers, and acting as a technical point of contact within Octopus Energy's renewable heating projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure electrical safety, compliance, and quality of Cosy heat pump installations by third-party providers
- Support and resolve complex technical queries and escalations related to installations
- Act as a technical point of contact between OTPs, design engineers, and internal teams to manage issues and uphold standards
Requirements
- A solid understanding of ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) systems and heating integration.
- Experience supporting electrical safety, compliance, and quality of heat pump installations.
- Ability to ensure installations carried out by third parties meet expected electrical and technical standards.
- Experience supporting complex technical queries related to heat pump installations.
- Ability to help resolve escalations effectively related to electrical and technical issues.
- Experience acting as a technical point of contact between OTPs, technical design engineers, and wider teams to manage issues end-to-end.
