A Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer responsible for installing and demonstrating smart meters to customers, providing energy-saving advice, and supporting the green energy revolution while delivering excellent customer service within the Octopus Energy Services team.

Install dual fuel smart meters in customers' homes
Demonstrate and explain how meters and in-home displays work
Help customers understand energy savings and answer questions about green energy
Ensure safety and maintain customer service excellence during installations
Requirements
Experience as a smart meter engineer with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence.
Ability to represent the company's brands in customers' homes and communicate effectively with customers.
Comfortable explaining how meters and in-home displays work, demonstrating energy-saving benefits, and answering customer questions about green energy.
Willingness to perform meter installations and customer interactions as part of the role.
Ability to work as part of a team supported by an office team sharing performance goals.
Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and shift administrative tasks to focus more on service delivery.
Availability to complete the process within the typical 4-week timeframe, with flexibility as needed.
