Requirements
Experience as a smart meter engineer with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence.
Ability to represent the company's brands in customers' homes and communicate effectively with customers.
Comfortable explaining how meters and in-home displays work, demonstrating energy-saving benefits, and answering customer questions about green energy.
Willingness to perform meter installations and customer interactions as part of the role.
Ability to work as part of the Octopus Energy Services team, supporting performance goals and delivering top-class service.
Capability to adapt to evolving processes and shift administrative tasks to focus more on service delivery, supported by company technology.
