A Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer responsible for installing and demonstrating smart meters in customers' homes, providing energy-saving advice, and ensuring excellent customer service as part of the Octopus Energy Services team.

Requirements
Experience as a smart meter engineer with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence.
Ability to represent the company's brands professionally in customers' homes.
Comfortable communicating with customers, including explaining how meters and in-home displays work, demonstrating energy-saving features, and answering questions about green energy initiatives.
Willingness to perform meter installations and related tasks as part of the role.
Ability to work as part of a team supported by an office team sharing performance goals.
Capability to adapt to evolving processes and technologies to improve service delivery.
Availability to complete the process, which usually takes up to 4 weeks, with flexibility as needed.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with the recruitment team and during the interview process.
