Requirements
Experience as a smart meter engineer with a track record of safety and customer excellence
Ability to represent the company's brand professionally in customers' homes
Comfortable talking to customers, getting to know them, and answering questions about the green energy revolution
Willingness to perform meter fitting and installation tasks
Ability to demonstrate how meters and in-home displays work and how they can help customers save energy
Good communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers
Ability to work as part of a team supporting performance goals
Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and shift administrative tasks to focus more on service delivery
Availability to undergo a process that typically takes up to 4 weeks, with flexibility as needed
