A Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer responsible for installing and demonstrating smart meters in customers' homes, providing energy-saving advice, and ensuring excellent customer service as part of the Octopus Energy Services team.

Requirements
Experience as a smart meter engineer with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence.
Ability to represent the company's brand professionally in customers' homes.
Comfortable communicating with customers, including explaining how meters and in-home displays work, how they can help save energy, and answering questions about green energy initiatives.
Willingness to perform meter installations and demonstrate the operation of meters and in-home displays to customers.
Ability to work as part of the Octopus Energy Services team, supporting company performance goals and delivering top-class service.
