Job Description

A customer service role in a dynamic energy company focused on real conversations, problem-solving, and making a positive impact for customers and the planet. The position involves engaging with customers, participating in interviews and activities to showcase skills, and working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in real conversations with customers to understand their energy needs and issues
  • Solve customer problems related to energy services effectively
  • Participate in activities that give insight into company culture and work processes

Requirements

  • Must be available to work full time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
  • Must have the ability to participate in a process that includes a First Stage Interview, a Prep Call, and a Discovery Day, which may involve group exercises, role plays, and one-on-one interviews.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
  • Must be willing to engage in real conversations and problem-solving related to energy services.
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing tasks and learn new skills quickly.
