Responsibilities
- •Assistare i clienti tramite telefono, email e di persona offrendo supporto sincero e spontaneo

Requirements
- •Aptitude to communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and occasionally in person, providing sincere and spontaneous assistance.

- •Patience, kindness, and love when dealing with customers, treating them with respect similar to how one would treat their own grandmother.
