Job Description
A field-based role involving welfare-focused home visits to assist customers in debt, gathering information, and helping them establish sustainable repayment plans, complemented by desk-based phone interactions and account resolution tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct welfare-focused home visits to customers in debt
- Gather information from customers during visits
- Assist customers in setting up sustainable repayment plans
- Manage account resolution through desk-based phone interactions
Requirements
- Access to a suitable vehicle to travel within your region, as this is a field-based role.
- Ability to work a minimum of 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday, including working at least one Saturday per month.
- Availability to work adjusted shifts during summer months, e.g., between 8am and 7pm, to reach customers during lighter days.
- Willingness to complete welfare-focused home visits to customers in debt, gathering information and helping them set up sustainable repayment plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, active listening skills, and strong communication skills to effectively assist customers.
- Resilience and compassion to handle stressful debt situations and turn them into manageable paths forward.
- Ability to work primarily in a lone working, field-based environment, with elements of desk-based phone interactions and account resolution.
- Successful completion of probation period, after which a personal car allowance through the EV salary sacrifice scheme is available as an optional benefit.
