Job Description
The role involves providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions, helping clients with their needs, and contributing to the company's mission of making renewable energy accessible while embracing a dynamic and innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistare i clienti tramite telefono, email e di persona fornendo supporto sincero e spontaneo
- Ascoltare le esigenze dei clienti e trovare soluzioni alle loro richieste
- Gestire problemi complessi in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione
- Collaborare con il team per condividere idee e contribuire al miglioramento dei servizi
- Partecipare a programmi di formazione e sviluppo professionale
Requirements
- Aptitude and willingness to help customers with sincere and spontaneous support, demonstrating patience, kindness, and love when interacting via phone, email, and sometimes in person.
- Ability to listen to customer needs and commit to finding solutions to their requests.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment, with the capacity to handle problems never seen before and to find innovative solutions.
- Willingness to ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to ongoing change and improvement.
- Motivation and sharing of the company's values, with a genuine concern for the future of the planet and a desire to improve the energy sector.
- Ability to work as part of a team with enthusiastic, determined, and curious colleagues who are committed to the energy revolution and humanizing customer service.
- Flexibility to communicate with customers via telephone, email, and occasionally in person.
