Key Responsibilities
Review annotated datasets and labeling outputs for quality and consistency
Apply QC criteria to evaluate outputs and document defects
Test internal tools across workflows and exception scenarios
Reproduce reported bugs and validate fixes with documentation
Track test coverage and flag discrepancies or issues
Submit QC and testing logs regularly and escalate urgent defects
Provide feedback to improve QC processes, testing methods, and documentation
Collaborate with teams to communicate findings and support prioritization
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in QA, software testing, operations, content review, or a closely related field
Demonstrated ability to apply rubrics or evaluation criteria consistently across high volumes of work
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability to catch issues others miss and document them precisely
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with defect notes that are specific, clear, and actionable
Comfortable learning new tools and working across technical systems
Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, remote asynchronous environment
