Job Description
Nuro is seeking talented software engineers to work on data platforms, simulation, or technical infrastructure to support autonomous driving technology, focusing on data management, virtual testing environments, and scalable cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Data Platform for AI Driver data, labels, and metrics, including data ingestion, annotation, and introspection.
- Build and maintain simulation frameworks, sensor simulation, and scenario generation for testing autonomous driving technology.
- Develop and support technical infrastructure services such as compute platforms, storage management, cloud infrastructure, and engineering productivity tools.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C, or Go.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: large-scale distributed systems, data storage and processing systems, modern microservice architecture, machine learning, multithreading, x86 architecture and software performance tuning and optimization, robotics software frameworks, or different compute modalities such as CPU, GPU, FPGA.
