A research-focused role developing and deploying advanced generative models for autonomous driving, collaborating with engineering teams to create safe, efficient, and real-world applicable autonomous vehicle behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and scale state-of-the-art generative models for autonomous plan generation
Build generative models utilizing foundation models, large language models, and world foundation models
Optimize generative models through reinforcement learning and reward modeling
Explore joint prediction, planning, and self-play techniques
Leverage generative models for active learning and world modeling
Develop controllable generative models to guide generation towards specific goals and conditions
Collaborate with autonomy teams to develop holistic solutions for autonomous driving challenges
Evaluate and deploy models on the NuroDriver platform
Requirements
A Ph.D. or M.Sc. with 3 years of experience working with generative models in the lab, in industry, or both.
Research experience in generative models, particularly diffusion models, flow matching, and energy-based models, for robotics, including manipulation, path planning, and autonomous driving.
Strong problem solving and programming skills in Python and/or C.
Demonstrated research publications in top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, RSS, CoRL, etc.
