Job Description
A Software Engineer Cloud Infrastructure at Nuro is responsible for building and maintaining scalable, automated infrastructure solutions, deploying applications, and ensuring system reliability in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on self-driving technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to align on customer needs.
- Build scalable solutions for infrastructure-as-code, application deployment, and production system monitoring.
- Develop automation to enhance developer experience, infrastructure reliability, and security.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in the ambiguity of a dynamic, start-up environment or have the DNA to do so.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Software development skills, preferably in Python or Go.
- Experience with developing in a public cloud environment.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.
- Experience with building, scaling, and maintaining production systems.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field or 3 years of equivalent experience.
