• 3+ years in a Talent Management/Program Management/HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment. • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify trends. • Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging HR technology, you follow what's changing, experiment with new tools, and bring ideas about what's newly possible • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information. • Program management skills with a structured, solutions-focused approach. • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS platforms • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
