Job Description
A strategic and data-driven role within Nuro's People team, responsible for leading high-priority initiatives that enhance talent management, organizational performance, and scaling processes through cross-functional projects, data analysis, and AI-augmented workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own high-priority, cross-functional People initiatives from problem definition to execution
- Build the analytical foundation for the People team, including data models, dashboards, and reporting
- Partner with the VP of People and leadership on strategy, planning, and execution
- Identify gaps in People Systems, Recruiting, and People Operations, and develop solutions
- Shape recruiting strategy and develop AI-augmented workflows
- Act as a connective layer across HR, Recruiting, and People Operations to ensure workflow continuity
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a high-execution role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data fluency with the ability to work directly with data, build models, and translate insights into decisions
- Proven program management skills, with experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- An AI-native approach to work, with practical experience applying AI tools to improve output and speed
- A business-first mindset with a focus on performance, efficiency, and talent quality
- Exceptional written communication skills, especially for executive audiences
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels without losing momentum

Compensation/salary range between $160,360 and $240,540 depending on experience and qualifications
