Job Description
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing daily logistics and fulfillment operations, including coordinating shipments, validating invoices, managing documentation, and communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute day-to-day logistics and fulfillment operations
- Coordinate project logistics quotations with suppliers
- Oversee management of active and future shipments
- Validate and submit invoices
- Manage documentation related to logistics and shipments
- Communicate regularly with project management and customers
- Lead meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Organize thoughts, release notes, and track open items and actions
Requirements
- Experience in managing and executing day-to-day logistics and fulfillment operations related to supply chain management.
- Ability to prepare project logistics quotations with suppliers.
- Experience in managing future and active shipments.
- Proficiency in invoice validation and submission.
- Skills in documentation management related to supply chain activities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact daily with project management and customers.
- Ability to take leadership in accomplishing tasks and leading meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel at least 10-20% of the time for company off-sites, conferences, trade shows, site visits, and other events as needed.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid remote and in-office environment, including on-site meetings at headquarters, suppliers, construction sites, and customer locations.
