Job Description
The Software Developer Co-op position at Metergy Solutions involves contributing to the development of innovative submetering solutions that help reduce energy consumption and support sustainability efforts in multifamily and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- •Supply and install submeters for utility consumption measurement
- •Remotely read and verify meter data
- •Manage tenant billing for utility consumption
- •Design and manufacture electric submeters
- •Support the implementation of submetering-as-a-service solutions
Requirements
- •Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program.
- •Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- •Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- •Understanding of database management systems and SQL.
- •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- •Availability to work full-time during the Spring Term.
