Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist Account Representatives with processing account changes, including tenant move-ins and move-outs, for large volume of residential and commercial properties
Assist Account Representative with processing overflow tenant submeter utility billings for the portfolio in a timely and efficient manner
Contact customers when requested to obtain information
Access customer’s accounting system daily to pull information necessary to process tenant submeter utility bills
Assist Account Integration Team, Rates Department and Account Representative Team with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from accredited four (4) year college preferred but will consider other relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to meet deadlines is a must
Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential
Technological literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel, and other industry-specific software and the ability to master new technologies as they come on-line
Strong internet skills, including use of e-mail programs, group messaging, and use of online meeting platforms.
Strong mathematical acumen
Ability to effectively adapt to changes in the work environment and/or scope of work
Ability to work well with others is essential
