Job Description
The Project Manager in the PMO oversees the successful execution of technical and business transformation projects, developing plans, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope, supporting organizational growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, and identify required resources for projects
- Ensure successful completion of project deliverables on time and within budget
- Lead cross-functional teams and partner with business experts to deliver solutions
- Oversee technical and business transformation projects of varying complexity
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Manage projects related to data platform modernization, automation, and integration of new acquisitions
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing the successful execution of technical and business transformation projects of varied complexity and size in alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Ability to develop project plans, manage project budgets, and identify the required resources for projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects with the highest quality deliverables, on time and on budget.
- Experience partnering with business experts and leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that bring the greatest value to the organization and support long-term business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects related to modernizing data platforms, automation and transformation across key processes in meter data and billing, and technology and operations integration of new acquisitions.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Project Management Office (PMO).
