The Client Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, processing client remittances, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and clients to support the US Billing department's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents
Process client remittances in a timely and accurate manner
Generate and deliver reports related to billing and client accounts
Establish and maintain positive relationships with property managers and clients
Provide proactive client service through communication and facilitation of requests
Resolve inquiries and issues related to billing and client accounts
Requirements
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing for residents and processing Client Remittances and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
Establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with assigned Property Managers and clients.
Providing excellent client service through proactive communication, timely billing and reporting, facilitation of Client requests, and working across Metergy to resolve inquiries.
