Job Description
The Account Executive role involves B2B solution selling within the real estate development industry, focusing on promoting Metergy's submetering services to clients, with a remote work setup and travel across the state to meet with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell B2B solutions within the real estate development industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Identify client needs and present tailored submetering solutions.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites across the state to conduct meetings and presentations.
Requirements
